Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

Normally shipments take between 5 to 10 business days, however this depends on shipping method and destination. We use both UPS and the US Postal Service. If your package is required immediately please call or send an email so that you may request a preferred shipping method. When you specify a preferred method, this will affect the cost.  In general, the faster the service, the higher the price.  We ship from Washington State.

For international addresses please contact customerservice@northwestnativeexpressions.com with your order. We will research shipping rates and contact you with information regarding the cost of shipping.

Orders are not processed over weekends and holidays.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your selection, you may return it for an exchange, store credit, or a refund, (excluding shipping and handling fees) for up to 30 days from the delivery date. Returns made after 30 days will not be eligible for refund or exchange. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at: customerservice@northwestnativeexpressions.com. Without exception, the item must be in its original packaging, be unworn, unused, unwashed, in perfect condition, and include the original packing slip. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend that you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt until the credit is issued. Please note, all sales of items purchased on Sale are considered final. Returns of these items will not be accepted.

Payment Options

Northwest Native Expressions accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. You can safely enter your credit card information into our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL. We do not accept personal checks or requests for C.O.D.

 

Sales Tax

Northwest Native Expressions will charge sales tax, as required by law, for orders purchased within and/or shipped to Washington State. No sales tax will be applied to addresses in other states.
